Ankara Maxi Skirt.

Hey My Wonderful blog-readers!
How are you all doing? It feels like a long time since I have done an outfit post; so I am so excited to be doing this one. This was the outfit I wore to church on Sunday. I wore an Ankara Maxi skirt with a sheer tie neck blouse. "Ankara" is an Africa clothing fabric that is mostly used for celebrations of weddings, birthdays and so on. It is always custom made and you get to sew what ever you like with it. This Maxi skirt was actually a Maxi Dress that I have had for over 6 years and I tried it on earlier this Summer but the top half did not fit. So I decided to recycle it by cutting it and making it into a Maxi skirt. I think it looks better as a Maxi skirt cos I can actually style it in so many ways. Do you guys recycle pieces from your closet that you don't want to let go? Leave a comment below and let me know about it. Enjoy the pictures...:)
