Giving Thanks!

Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
A couple of days ago, Anna from Fash Boulevard did a post on giving thanks and appreciating the little things in our lives. So in honor of Thanksgiving I want to share 10 things I am thankful for...
God in my Life:
I am very thankful for having God in my life; I wake up everyday strong and ready to conquer the day and I believe that God makes it happen.  I have not been through much struggle in life but I have definitely had some hard times and I thank my heavenly father for helping me through those tough times.
My family:
I am very thankful for having a wonderful family, my mom especially (I love you all...:). My mom has being the best mom ever, I see her everyday juggling working full time and taking care of her family. Sometimes I wonder how she does it all and I am super proud of her. I really appreciate having a family to call my own and share special moment with them.
My friends:
I am very thankful for having such wonderful friends in my life. Both in Nigeria and here; you all have definitely made an impact in me. Although I have not spent as much time as I would love with you all but I am just so grateful and happy to call you my friends.
My health:
I am thankful for having a safe and healthy life. I am the type of person that rarely gets sick, in fact I have never been admitted in a hospital for any sickness. I don't really exercise (ha ha! I am working on it) I just try to eat healthy and make safe health decisions.
My education:
I am very grateful for having the opportunity to be educated, there are so many people in the world that would love to be educated but do not have the opportunity. I know sometimes, I complain about school work, my professors and how tough it is to be in college but at the end of the day it will all be worth it when I achieve all my dreams and goals.
My job:
I am thankful for having a job that supports me. I am able to buy my textbooks, shop and get everything I need with the whatever money I make from my job.
My blog:
I have wanted a blog since 2010, but I was too scared and shy to make one. I finally found the courage to create a blog last spring and it has been one of the best things that has happened to me. It is very committing and time consuming but I love doing it so I have no problem creating the time for it out of my busy schedule. My blog has really helped with my self confidence and I did't know what to expect when I started it but I am so glad I have a special place in this social media world that is just mine!
My cellphone:
I was an iphone girl till about 2 yrs ago when I changed to my HTC Inspire. Some of my friends say I am addicted to my phone but I don't think I am...LOL. It is just always with me and I could do everything I want on it. It is been acting up lately so I cannot wait till my contract is over so that I can get the new iphone 5 (Woot! Woot!!).
My laptop:
What can I do without my laptop? Absolutely nothing! I am so thankful that I have a laptop which enables me to do everything I want on it. I do all of my school assignments, connect with the world, shop and of course do all my blogging duties on my laptop.
You! My wonderful followers:
I am so thankful to have you all in my life. Your sweet comments and just the fact that you take time to check out my blog means the world me. Words cannot express how much I appreciate you all. I hope to continue inspiring you with my posts as you all inspire and motivate me to blog.
Have a wonderful thanksgiving and enjoy this special day with your family and friends.
