How are you doing? Hope you had a lovely weekend. I sure did and I got to finally take some outfit pictures. This post feature my sewing latest project which is a lace pencil skirt for the Pretty Girls Sew Monthly Sew-Along. For those that don't know, Pretty Girls Sew is blog co-founded by 6 women who have a passion for sewing and inspiring others with their creativity. The blog is for any sewer regardless of their sewing level to learn and and share their creative passion with one another. Every month, they have a "Sew-Along" with a theme or piece to make and share with each other. This month's Sew-Along was a lace skirt and I thought it would be fun and decided to join. I have 2 lace skirts from Forever 21, see outfit posts HERE and HERE but I didn't have a black pair so I made one. It took about 4 hours after cutting to complete the lace skirt so it was definitely one of the easiest thing that I ever made. I simply  styled it with a light wash denim shirt, added a statement necklace and a pair of striped pumps. I look forward to sharing more Sew-Alongs with y'all...:)
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a blessed week!
