How are you all doing? I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Ever since I started blogging, I don't think I have ever taken a week off except for during my finals during my college career but this past week I intentionally took the week off blogging to focus on myself and work. It was also so cold that I was definitely not inspired or motivated to pull my tripod out and take some outfit pictures. Frankly, during the week I feel like a part of me was missing and I was not doing something. I threw myself into sewing and reading to take up my free time but still something was just off with me throughout the week. Then I realized that in the almost 3 years that I have been blogging, it has grown to become a part of me. Those of you that blog know that it is really time consuming and a lot of work especially if you do not have a photographer like me and have to take your pictures yourself. But I would not change it for anything, I love doing this and I feel so blessed to have you all my readers as a part of me. Some of you have watch me grown in regard to my personal style and fashion choices and I look forward to continuing growing with you all and I hope you all stick around. Thank you so much for being part of this little web space of mine. Okay enough chit-chatting for now, let's get to the outfit details.
With the weather being cold, I still try to find ways to stay fashionable but still toasty warm and comfortable. Skirts and Dresses will always be my favorite things to where but they are not that practical for the winter so I try to rock them by doing some layering tricks. I wore this classic black and white combo to church last Sunday and I paired this thick scuba full midi skirt from ASOS with a printed white shirt and layered a leather peplum top on it. I completed the look with a leopard printed pumps to play with the prints of the shirt. Although, it is a little different from how I normally style my full midi skirts but I love the final results...:)
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a blessed week!
