Happy New Week Lovelies!

How are you all doing? I hope you have a restful weekend. I sure tried in between working, studying and spending time with my family. I woke up to sad news of the death of Bobbi Kristina (Whitney Houston's daughter), it's just sad that a young woman at the age of 22 (my age mate) died such a tragic death. May her gently soul rest in perfect peace (IJN). I am praying for her family and friends 'cause I can't even imagine what they are going through at this moment. This also goes to say that life is indeed short. We can never know or predict what time we will leave this earth, it's best to put God first in everything that you do and try to live life to the fullest. 

Anyways on to my outfit post today, black and white is such a classic combination that can be wore at all seasons even in the summer. I paired this old scuba peplum top with a ankle length pants I got on clearance from the Scandal collection at The Limited. I accessorized with a wide obi waist belt, bow headband and a pair of floral print sandals to add a sprinkle of color to the outfit. This outfit is perfect for church and work.
