How are you all doing? I am doing great and super duper excited cos I am officially halfway done with my first semester of Pharmacy School. These past 2 months haven't been the easiest, I have been so stressed and tired all the time while I adjust back to being in school full time. Thank God, I am finally settled and have gotten a hang of this grad school life. Shout out to everyone who has emailed, snapped and texted to check up on me, I don't think I got the chance to reply to everyone but thank you so much for all the love and support. I truly appreciate it...:) 

Anyways, one thing I miss for sure about being away from home is my sewing machine. I am really itching to drive home one weekend and sew something but I have not gotten the chance. Today's post features a two-piece set I self-drafted and made about 3 months ago with a yummy lemon print fabric. Lemon print was all the rage this summer season and I can see why because the print is just so fun and refreshing. I decided to make 2 pieces because I know it will be more versatile than a dress. I could easily pair the top and skirt with different pieces in my closet. For this outfit, I paired both pieces together and completed the look with a pair of black fringe sandals.
