My DIY: Plaid Bell Sleeves Shift Dress

Cheers to the Weekend Lovelies!

Plaid Bell Sleeves Shift Dress (I made)
H&M Black Knit Opaque Tights (HERE)
Shoemint "Ruth" Suede Black Pumps (old)
MAC "Oh Lady" Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolor (HERE)
How are you all doing? Let's jump right into today's post! Plaids are definitely the perfect prints to wear during the holiday season. I was inspired to make a plaid dress with bell sleeves after seeing Blair of Atlantic Pacific's plaid dress HERE. Luckily, I had this beautiful plaid fabric in my stash and I did not hesitate to make the dress when I got the chance. I combined 2 different patterns to achieve this final result and I am so happy with the way the dress turned out. I also love that it's a versatile dress that can be worn for different occasions and be transitioned from season to season. I kept the styling of the dress pretty simple by pairing it with black tights and a pair of black pumps for a friend's graduation ceremony. I am clearly have a dramatic sleeves moment so be on the look out for more sleeves action in my upcoming DIY posts.
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!
