My DIY: Blush Pink Ruffles Blouse + McCalls 7573 Review

Happy Memorial Day!

Blush Pink Blouse with Ruffles (I made)
Fabric: HERE & Pattern: McCalls 7573
H&M Cream Ankle Pants (similar HERE)
Steve Madden "Skales" Caged Sandals (HERE)
Colourpop "The Rabbit" Ultra Satin Lipstick (HERE)
How are you all doing? I hope you had a restful weekend. Just stopping by to share this fun top with ruffles. I recently made this top and I absolutely love the way it turned out. It can be paired with shorts and pants for the summer. For this look, I styled it with a pair of cream colored pants and completed the look with a pair of blush colored caged sandals. For those that sew, I have a pattern review below....:)
Pattern Review: McCalls 7573
Pattern Description: Loose Fitting pullover tops have sleeve and yoke options
Pattern Sizing: It came in a size 6-14 and I cut a size 14.
Fabric Used: Lightweight woven cotton from Mood HERE
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, super easy.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I really like the ruffle plus how the top is loose fitting, makes it a perfect summer top to rock with shorts and pants.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made? None, I didn't make any changes.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes & Yes. I would definitely recommend, it's such a simple pattern that only takes a couple of hours to sew. I plan to make it in more prints for the summer.
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a blessed week!
