How are you all doing? Hope you had a wonderful weekend. I spent my weekend relaxing and of course sewing. I have been really stressed out due to my school rotations and so I have been doing a lot of sewing to relive the stress. My summer is looking out to be one full of DIY pieces, I have so many bold colored/printed fabrics waiting to be sewn. And I am using every chance I get to sew as much as I can...lol. Today's post features a pencil skirt I made for a school presentation and wore to our cultural day. It is what I would call the perfect pencil skirt. I made using the Sew Over It "Ultimate Pencil Skirt" Pattern and I absolutely love the fit. For a casual look, I paired the skirt with a graphic t-shirt and completed  the look with a pair of neutral colored fringe sandals.
