Hello Beautiful People!

Guess whose birthday it is, Me! Me!! Me!!! OMG! I cannot believe I am 25 years old today. I feel so blessed to be alive today and I thank God for his mercy and grace upon my life. I could not be where I am today without my Heavenly Father, over and over He has continued to show his faithfulness upon my life. I just give him all the glory on this special day.

For my birthday this year, since it was the big "25" I decided to do a special photoshoot as a gift to myself. This past year has probably been one of the most challenging one of my life. From juggling the busy 2nd year of school of my accelerated pharmacy school to finally taking control of my health and changing my lifestyle. I am absolutely proud of my accomplishment and I couldn't have done it without the support of my family and friends. 

 Looking back on this past year, I am so happy that I was able to accomplish all the goals I set for myself, I didn't even think I could do it. The past year has taught me so much about myself and has definitely been critical in terms of my personal growth.  It's so exciting to think that I only have about a month left to finish the didactic part of my pharmacy school before moving on to a full year of rotations then graduation  next year! I also made a goal to lose 25lbs last August before my 25th birthday and I have actually surpassed that goal. I am the healthiest I have been since I can remember and I hope to continue this lifestyle. 

I have come to realize that in order to be the best I can be, I have to make sure that my physical, emotional and spiritual being is in a healthy state.
